  1. Hi Ryan and Team,
Just had a great talk with Marti, and now we both have lighted candles wishing you a break in the weather, which just seemed to have happened for you. You surely have overcome all of the weather challenges you've had to face, because you're all so AWESOME!! Godspeed as you safely negotiate to the glacier. Love,Mom

  2. James,
Praying for a safe descend tonight. You will be on my mind and in my heart. Mom sends her love and prayers! And, "WOW, I knew you could do it!". She thinks she heard you shout to her from the mtn. top on the day that you summitted. Now come home safely and watch for falling snow! We miss you and can't wait to hear your stories! May God watch over the whole team on your journey home. Love to you, Jan

  4. Hey Ryan, Looks like you all are getting the full Denali treatment, which makes for an even more exciting adventure and great storytelling when you get home. I bet you all are dreaming of a big fat juicy steak and tons of french fries along with a nice long sip of beer or wine. You all deserve it--our treat! Love Marti

  6. Hi Ryan. So happy you are down in the safe zone, even though fog has delayed your final journey to a cold beer and a good meal. Enjoy Lake Clark and the Alaska wild. Can't wait to hear the stories. Dad
