  2. James,
I love you, love you, love you, little bro. I'm soo...totally proud of you. Hang in there, your moment in time will come. God is just making you wait a little bit longer so that you remember it is in his control, not yours. Calmer winds will prevail. KEEP safe, have fun and stay warm. Do something memorable at the top! Guess who? Your ONLY sis, Jan

  4. Sending love, strength, warmth, & soccer news. US v Mexico in the Gold Cup Final on Sat. Should be good, but not nearly as awesome as your climb & safe return. Take care of one another and enjoy the ride. Jimmy...Completely.

  7. Watching, waiting, and praying for a safe ascent to the top. Don't let wind, cold, and sleeping bag fatigue damper your spirits. The mountian will reward those that are patient. Ranger 7.

  10. Hi Ryan, I have a special request. A very dear friend of mine, John Kelley, is fighting the battle of his life with Lymphoma. He has just received some bad news. John is catholic and very religious. He also loves Alaska. He has a cabin in the wilderness somewhere up there and spends two months there every summer, but not this year. Could some of your team, whoever is religious--maybe James, say a special prayer on the mountain for John? It would mean the world to him. Meanwhile, you guys stay safe and in good spirits. You've already accomplished a great feat and experienced a marvelous adventure and you are NOT done yet. Love Marti
